• 5 Gallon Tank (Rubber Top)
• Ball Lock Fittings (check valve fitting required on gas inlet)
• Produces cocktails without the use of motors or pumps
• Special diffuser assures you of a good mix of gas and water
• For Club Soda: Fill tank with cold water and charge with CO2 gas (100 lb.) and in a few minutes, you can serve sparkling club soda.
• For Coffee: For infusing nitrogen into cold brewed coffee to produce beautiful cascading effect and rich creamy head.
• For Cocktails: Fill tank with mix and charge with CO2 gas or Nitrogen. For cocktails with differing liquid densities, a daily shake is required as settling will occur when not pouring.
